Stop motion animation is super fun. So is LEGO. Putting the two things together = magic!
In the last year or so, we've already shared an incredible pizza recipe and a rendering of the most famous shot in Canadian basketball history. Now we'd like to share a LEGO animation that really hits home.
It comes from Winnipeg resident Tyler Walsh. When Prime Minister Trudeau made a speech directly to Canadian kids about their role in stopping COVID-19, his message went viral — in Canada and beyond. In case you missed it, here's the speech.
Feels good to hear, right? Tyler thought so, too. So he decided to give it an encore.
LEGO press conference
LEGO Trudeau is one of the best things that we've seen in days.
Check it out!
LEGO Trudeau itself has also become a viral hit, just like the original message. Even the Prime Minister himself loved it!
This is really great, Tyler. I think my kids - and a whole lot of others - will get a kick out of this, all while hearing how they can help out too. Thanks for helping spread that message.

It just goes to show that even when we're isolated, we can still find ways to reach out and inspire each other.
Thanks for taking the time to make this amazing LEGO art, Tyler!
