Sometimes you have to make your own fun.

Nothing has proved that like the recent quarantine. Kids and their families came together and used their imagination and creativity to make the most of being in isolation. After all, what better time to focus on a big project than when you're forced to stay home?

14-year-old Macaire Everett really took it to the next level.

This teen from Libertyville, Illinois used chalk art daily to turn the driveway outside their home into a new adventure for her 9-year-old brother, Camden.

Art adventures

Every day, she drew a new scene on the concrete, based on brainstorming between her and her brother. Then she had Camden pose within the art. Before long, her brother was going to the Great Wall of China, paddling a gondola, and feeding a giraffe. Thanks to Macaire's chalk art craftiness, the journeys were limitless!

It was such a success that she started an Instagram account (@macairesmuse) and committed to doing the project for 100 days. Not only have she and Camden met that goal, they've kept it going beyond that, using feedback from social media to find new ideas for their art.

We'd love to share a few of our favourite scenes with you right now. Get ready to take a trip! Then head to the bottom of the post to see Macaire and Camden talk about their project on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan.
