  10. By far my favourite Disney movie is “Sleeping Beauty”. The fairy’s made me laugh, made me want to sing as beautiful as Aurora and I absolutely loved and was equally as terrified of Maleficent.

    Love love this movie as an adult I still watch this film.

Pinocchio is my favourite Disney movie because of my childhood story that goes with it – I actually had to see the whole film as an adult because my mother had to take me out of the cinema part-way through when I was a five-year-old. I was so upset that Pinocchio was doing the wrong thing, going off with a bad crowd! (And I had cried so much that my chocolate ice cream cone was all down the front of my dress…)

  16. My five-year-old granddaughter said this: “I love Frozen. Elsa is a great princess because she has powers. Other princesses don’t have powers. She also loves her sister, not a boy. I tired of princesses who kiss boys.”

  18. Would love to see Pete’s Dragon with my grandson . Such a valuable story for the love of animals and the dynamics of the people involved. Many lessons to be learned from this movie.

  34. My very favourite Disney movie is Moana. I just watched Moana, and it definitely lives up to Disney standards. I think that Moana is a good role model for young girls because she followed her dream, apologized for her mistakes, and respected and loved her parents and elderly grandmother. She was also mostly obedient to her parents, although she did run away twice. Moana was a great movie, and is my favourite Disney movie so far.

  36. My son and husband are voting for the entire Star Wars franchise now that it is Disney…..my daughter’s vote would be for Stitch…. and I love them all but will pick Jungle Book as my all time favourite.

  38. I LOVED Snow White as a child. This was the first movie I got to see in a theatre.
    My grandson LOVES Cars .

  53. How do you pick, there are many fun moments and they all bring such joy to my little guy. He especially likes The Black Cauldron. But he likes so many it is hard to pick.

  54. I have always loved the original Pete’s Dragon. It was a favorite of mine. I can sing all of the songs by heart. I have yet to see the remake but would love to. Thank you.

  57. I went with my Mom and my Papa to the movie theatre to see Pete’s Dragon. Mom cried at the sad parts. Papa laughed a lot and covered my eyes when I was scared. It was a lot of fun.

    My favourite Disney movie that I’ve seen is Wall-E. I have a special edition DVD set because I love it so much. My uncles watched it, and sometimes the movie skips because we’ve seen it so many times. I love all the characters and I have an Eva stuffie and a Wall-E stuffie and they love each other. My Mom’s favourite character is Mo because he is funny. She sings me the song that plays at the end.

  74. My favourite Disney Movie was Frozen. It was similar to Cinderella where she is held captive by her secret but finds love and compassion in the end. The sound track was amazing and I have never tired of the songs. 😀
