If you thought cute and adorable were no longer in style, you thought wrong.
Welcome to the stone age
Meet Dug, a caveman or Early Man with a simple dream—to hunt mammoths all day, every day. The thing is, his chief (Bobnar) thinks the tribe are rabbit hunting people and nothing else.
Dug, his lovable sidekick Hognob, and the rest of the tribe live a simple life. Mostly, it consists of hunting rabbits by day and having feasts by night.
Then on one fateful night, their valley is invaded by Lord Nooth. To paint a picture, this is a man with one love: bronze. He takes over the tribe's land and transforms it into a giant mine to feed his obsession. What's worse? He plans on making Dug and his tribe dig for the precious metal.
Not ready to go down without a fight, Dug must now unite his people in an epic quest to defeat their mighty enemy: the Bronze Age.
Early Man puts a spotlight on one very important characteristic: courage. After all, it's courage that helps Dug convince his tribe to branch out and start hunting mammoths. And, most importantly, it helps him take a stand against Lord Nooth and fight for his home.
Early Man shows why it is always important to be brave and stand up for yourself.
